Good stability neutral silicone adhesive sealant with multi-purpose
JS-9031 is a multi-purpose, moisture cure, elastomeric sealant that combines economy and high performance.

- SOLVENT FREE 100% solids, will not shrink
- NON SLUMP apply vertically and overhead
- COLOR STABILITY good stability, will not suntan
Applications :
For most sealing applications including sanitary use, window frames, ducting, high temperature (up to 160°C) and natural stone.
Suitable for use on metals, mirrors, natural stone, granite, travertine, marble, stone, uPVC, concrete, plaster and VSG/LSG glass (laminated safety glass).
Color Option:
Black,white,Clear,grey,transparent,or customer required.

INSTALLATION
Bonding surfaces should be clean, dry and free from all contamination that may inhibit the sealant’s performance.
Isopropyl alcohol is an effective cleaner for surface preparation.
Please contact customer service for application guidelines for temperatures below 32 degrees F (0 degrees C).
Maintain sealant at room temperature before application to ensure adequate tooling and adhesion.
This product sets rapidly upon exposure to moisture.
Storage Condition:
Below 25 ℃ cool dry and ventilated place, avoid high temperature
Shelf life: 12 month stored in cool and dry place. (+5 ℃-25 ℃).
